By creating an account or using DropTracs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DropTracs (droptracs.com).
DropTracs is a software-as-a-service platform that helps eBay sellers automatically upload tracking numbers from supplier dispatch emails to eBay orders, convert tracking numbers into formats accepted by eBay, monitor delivery status, and respond to Item Not Received (INR) disputes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the price for your chosen plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the dashboard.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We commit to giving you at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. Notice will be provided by email to the address registered on your account and/or by a notification in the DropTracs dashboard. If you do not wish to accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
You agree to use DropTracs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with eBay's terms of service. You must not use the Service to upload false or fabricated tracking numbers, engage in fraudulent activity, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service.
DropTracs integrates with third-party services including eBay, Gmail (Google), Stripe, and various shipping carriers. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of service of those providers. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services that affect the functionality of DropTracs.
DropTracs is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropTracs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
DropTracs and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
